The WSC Image Ordering Process

Placing an order with WSC Image is a seamless process designed to ensure the highest quality and satisfaction for your custom embroidery, screen printing, and promotional items. Here’s what happens after you place your order:

  1. Order Confirmation: Immediately after you place your order online, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This email includes your unique online order number, signifying that your order has been successfully submitted.

  2. Order Review: Simultaneously, our dedicated sales team receives your order and begins the review process. Our commitment to providing custom, on-demand printing means we promptly check garment availability. Due to fluctuating demand, some items may experience stock issues. Rest assured, we prioritize this check to swiftly address any potential concerns.

  3. Stock Availability: In the rare event of stock issues, we will reach out to you as soon as possible. Our team will offer alternatives, including changes in sizes, options for similar garments, or, if necessary, a refund for the affected item(s) or your entire order.

  4. Internal Processing: Once we confirm stock availability and there are no issues, we proceed by entering your order into our internal system, moving one step closer to bringing your custom designs to life.

  5. Order Approval & Mockup: Within 1-2 business days, we will send you an order approval and mockup via email. This critical step allows you to review and confirm all details of your order—spelling, colors, imprint sizes, and placement locations. It’s crucial to examine this mockup carefully to ensure everything is exactly as you envisioned.

  6. Final Approval: To proceed with production, we require your final approval. Simply reply to the email with any adjustments or approve as is. Remember, we will not proceed to production without your explicit approval, ensuring that what you envision is what you receive.

I placed an order. When will I receive it?

Our average turnaround time for our orders is less than 15 Business Days. This will vary from season to season.

Can I get my order in a rush?

On certain products we can help you with this.  Certain items we can produce quicker than others so please feel free to contact us and let us know your needs and we will do our best to accommodate.  

How do I pay for my order?

Direct deposit, credit card, PayPal, cheque or cash.  Whichever is easier for you.  Your invoice will come from WSC Image.

Can I get samples to try on?

We can provide you with sample sizes for your staff to try on.  We will invoice you for the samples at regular price.  You have 15 days to return the samples for a full refund.  Should you decide to keep the samples after 15 days we offer a 20% discount for the blank sample items.

I don’t see “Product X" on the site is it available?

We do try and keep our site stocked & updated with the most popular products.  However if you see a
product you want and it is not listed please email rick@wscimage.com and I will find your item.

Refunds

At WSC Image, we specialize in custom products and services. Due to the unique nature of our offerings, we do not provide refunds. We understand the importance of ensuring your complete satisfaction, which is why we strive to be proactive in our service. Before proceeding with an order, we make sure to obtain your final approval to ensure that the end result meets your expectations. However, once an order has received your final approval and is completed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and are committed to delivering a high-quality experience for all our customers. What sizes should I order for a large group?

Do you need to calculate how many pieces per size for an order? This useful tool provides a typical size breakdown ratio by apparel category.

I need some printing done on my supplied shirts. Can you do that?

I’m sorry, but we can’t print on supplied items at WSC Image, and here are the reasons why:

  1. Responsibility for Errors: Printing errors can and most likely WILL occur, and determining responsibility can be complex. If we’re held accountable for a mistake, replacing the item can be problematic. Is it available? What’s the cost? Where can I get another one?  There are too many unknowns to accurately price our printing services to account for potential errors or misprints.

  2. Unanswered Questions About the Item: What type of item do you have? What’s the brand? Has it been preshrunk? Colour fast? Some of our printing uses presses that squeeze items with pressure while others may go through a giant 500-degree oven, and while we know the items we sell will be fine, we can’t guarantee the same for your supplied items. Gathering all this information would take some testing and time that could be better spent on fulfilling orders using our selection the products we provide and are familiar with. Balancing all this plus our in-house orders becomes too complex of a task.

  3. No System for Contract Work or Resellers: We are not set up to process contract work orders, where you bring in your items for printing for yourself or for your customer. Many companies focus strictly on this type of work, dealing with lots of Resellers and having a system in place to handle them. Our system is fantastic at handling our in-house orders, but we don’t have a system for contract work. Though it may seem similar, it’s definitely not the same.

Because of these reasons, we decided long ago not to print on supplied items or do any contract work for Resellers. This decision has made a world of difference in our business, and we’re so glad we made it. Today, we focus on finding the best apparel for your money and quality printing them in-house.

So unfortunately, if you are a Reseller or have your own items you want printed, we cannot help with those orders.
